Shipping & Returns

Shipping & Delivery
We use USPS for most items and we generally insure every order. When UPS is used, orders are automatically insured. Orders are shipped Mondays through Fridays. All shipping charges (if applicable) will be added once you login and complete your order and choose your shipping. Should an order be damaged during delivery, we will get a reimbursement from the USPS or UPS for the amount damaged, or if the package was not insured, then we will replace the item ourselves. We have free shipping on only a few select items. The free shipping is only within the Unites States, and does not include the out-lying islands nor Alaska or Hawaii..
Returns & Cancellations
All food and nutritional supplement sales, as well as all equipment sales are final. In other words, we do not provide refunds. Credit cards are charged immediately and automatically upon an internet order, and orders are shipped immediately. Once an order has shipped, we will only allow refund or exchange with defective items. You must mail the defective item back to us, and if we find that their truly was a defect before shipping the product to you, then we will send you a replacement at no cost to you.
