- We use USPS for most items and we generally insure every order. When UPS is used, orders are automatically insured. Orders are shipped Mondays through Fridays. All shipping charges (if applicable) will be added once you login and complete your order and choose your shipping. Should an order be damaged during delivery, we will get a reimbursement from the USPS or UPS for the amount damaged, or if the package was not insured, then we will replace the item ourselves. We have free shipping on only a few select items. The free shipping is only within the Unites States, and does not include the out-lying islands nor Alaska or Hawaii..

- Living Bliss collects personally identifiable information from the visitors to our website only on a voluntary basis. Personal information collected on a voluntary basis may include name, email address, company name, telephone number and a postal address. This information may be collected if you request information from us, provide information to us (such as personal stories to publish on our site), and sign up to join our email list or request some other service or information from us. The information collected is internally reviewed, used to improve the content of our website, notify our visitors of updates, and respond to visitor inquiries. Once information is reviewed, it is discarded or stored in our files. If we make material changes in the collection of personally identifiable information we will inform you by placing a notice on our site. Personal information received from any visitor will be used only for internal purposes and will not be sold or provided to third parties. - Returns & Cancellations
- All food and nutritional supplement sales are final. Credit cards are charged immediately and automatically upon an internet order, and orders are shipped immediately. If for some reason we need to contact you before the order ships for any reason, and you decide to cancel the order before it has shipped, you will incur a 5% deduction. Sometimes we have to contact the customer to make sure an order is not fraudulent, like if the address and phone number do not match, or for any other reason that looks suspicious. Otherwise, all orders are shipped immediately and the sale is final. Once an order has shipped, we will only allow refund or exchange with defective items. You must mail the defective item back to us, and we will send you a replacement at no cost to you.
For equipment, such as air cleaners and water purifiers, you may withdraw from your purchasing agreement at any time up to 15 working days after we have delivered the equipment to you. You must return them to us or request us to collect them, in either case, at your cost. If you wish to return any equipment item after 15 working days after we have delivered them to you, you must keep them in the condition they were delivered. There will be an additional re-stocking fee of $30 for all returned equipment. We will reimburse any amounts you have paid to us within 15 days of return of any equipment item, after deducting a $30 re-stocking fee. Any orders cancelled before equipment delivery will be reimbursed with a 5% deduction if order was placed by a credit card. This is to cover the cost we incur from the credit card processing on both the original order and then the refund, both which we get charged for. - Availability
- All items are subject to availability. We can only guarantee availability whilst stocks last. If the goods ordered are unavailable, we will contact you with suggestions of goods of equivalent quality and price. or let you know how many days until we can ship to you the desired item.
